For anyone MAKING qualifying sheets - here is a template to use for the word sheets---it is a word template. CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD it and save it before working with it.

Download a word and / or pdf quaifying sheet when you need a new one for any song you are working on.

Download the qualifying key here if you need it.

• If you don't see a song here that you are working on and NEED a qualifying sheet for - feel free to just use a copy of the music or write out the words and mark the places where you heard something that doesn't agree with the plan OR let your checker know where you thought something went exceptionally well :).
• In either case - make sure you have listened to it first and if there WAS a note / word / breath spot that needs work - notate it on the paper - otherwise it is indicating that you don't know what it is supposed to be if it is different than the plan / written music.
